JRay has not received any gifts yet
JRay, born John Michael Ray II, was born in Cincinnati, OH 1984. JRay's grew up in one of Cincinnati's most violent and drug infested neighborhoods, Over The Rhine. (Down The Way) A naturally intelligent and charismatic youngster, JRay spent most of his time buried in books, or running with his boys at Leblond's Boy's and Girl's Club. At the age of thirteen, Ray auditioned for the School of Creative and Performing Arts, thereafter he would go on to study in the fields of acting, creative writing, and vocal. Though he was only middle-school age, his natural talent and quick-wittiness, advanced him to high school level courses. Here Jray was able to hold his own alongside the top secondary school talent the region had to offer. As his middle school years came to an end JRay received a full scholarship to St. Xavier High School. Although is was one of the nations top educational facilities, JRay could not overcome the daily racism and quickly sought an out. That left him to attend Clark Montessori for the remainder of his high school career, wherein he continued to develop his natural abilities. After his graduation in 2003, JRay moved on to Cincinnati State Technical College where he sought a major in audio/video production, and a minor in English. This worked out for a while until JRay declared himself bored with the experience. he said, "I've learned as much as I need to, to accomplish he things i want to accomplish, and the things of which i am still ignorant, I have the tools to become aware." Nowadays JRay can most likely be seen downtown at Prostyle's Barbershop gettin' a fresh taper, or in Madisonville at the restaurant he runs with his cousin. If not there he is working tirelessly in his digital production studio on one of his various hobbies. When asked if there was anything he[JRay] wanted to tell the youth he responded, "just remember you- don't need a $100,000 piece of paper with a fancy stamp on it to make you a productive citizen, find out what you're good at, and get money! It's that simple, love from the Nati, JRay."

YOU KNOW WHERE YOU GOT IT FIRST
Hit the break for a video drop by Big Stackssss

Cincinnati-bred, Atlanta-based rapper Jermiside (of the Red Giants & the
Lessondary) links up with Denver's DJ Low Key (tour DJ for Tanya Morgan) for his
latest project, Die Jerm Die. In Jermiside's words, the mixtape reflects a
personal moment in time and the majority was recorded as, "an exit or some kind
of closure musically." Since then, Jerm's life and music career have been on
the rise, but the tone of Die Jerm Die captures a snapshot of those emotions and
thoughts and seems even more appropriate in today's turbulent times. The
combination of Jermiside's rapid-fire flow and introspective lyrics, an
impressive variety of production and DJ Low Key's slick mixing make Die Jerm Die
a must listen mixtape.
